Born and raised in Los Angeles with roots in New Orleans, DJ Rill grew up surrounded by an eclectic mix of music, from listening to Nirvana records with his dad to showcasing hip-hop homegrown in LA. Drawing inspiration from the boundary-pushing DJs and dance culture of the Netherlands, Rill’s musical diet led him to dive deep into genres from R&B to Rock, Afrobeats to Latin House, forming a deep-rooted passion for grooves that have no boundaries. With a knack for breaking molds and seamlessly fusing unexpected sounds, Rill specializes in House music but his sets are known for bringing versatility that bridges cultures.

Currently in year 2 of his weekly residency at Bar Bohemien, Rill’s LA resume spans some of LA's most iconic spots; including Level 8, The Virgil, Blind Barber, Gin Rummy, The Whaler, The Canary, and The Brig. More than just a DJ, Rill has built a community of listeners and excels at bringing people together. Rill is passionate about creating a memorable experience by making connections with the crowd and curating the perfect soundtrack to leave you craving more.
